Bay Photo ROES Pager
 

 


PAGER is an advanced new feature now available in Bay Photo's ROES.
With Pager, you can create your own template designs directly in ROES, without any Photoshop skills. You can also alter any of our pre-existing template designs to suite your needs. Add text fields, drop shadows, fill colors, image masks, and additional image nodes. Change the position of exisiting image nodes, and choose from a full palette of stroke, text, and fill colors. It's official: the possibilities are endless!

Section 1: ROES NAVIGATION BASICS


Knowledge of the following ROES navigation terms will assist you in understanding this tutorial. Place your mouse cursor over an area of the ROES screen below to view the corresponding area's name.

Sizes Palette
Options Palette
Layout Area Images Area
Image Editing Palette
Control Panel

The Sizes Palette and the Options Palette are floating palettes that can be arranged on the screen according to your preferences.

  • To show the Sizes Palette, click on the Sizes button, then select Show Sizes Palette at the bottom of the menu.
  • To show the Options Palette, click on the Options button, then select Show Options Palette at the bottom of the menu. You may have to collapse some options first by clicking on the arrows to the left of the option titles.
Section 2: STARTING PAGER IN ROES



After you have launched ROES, click on the Pager button just below the lower left-hand corner of the layout area.

A selection of Pager tools will appear just below the layout area and images area, as well as a floating window called the Templates Palette.
