Bay Photo Lab offers a full selection of mounting, canvas, texture, and other finishing options to enhance the presentation of your photos. Finishing services can easily be added to your order items by selecting from the Options Palette in Bay ROES.
Surface Textures & Protective Coatings
Canvas, Pebble, and Linen textures can be applied to the surface of prints for added effect (see photos at right).
Protective Spray in Glossy and Lustre finishes, as well as Laminate Coating in Glossy and Matte are also available for most items.
Prints are mounted using pressure sensitive materials. Gator Foamboard is very rigid foamboard and lightweight backing with a matte black finish. It is durable and will not warp.
A stylish, low-cost alternative to traditional framing! Photos are printed on Kodak Endura silver based photo paper. The emulsion is then stripped off and bonded with high pressure and heat onto oversized museum quality canvas. The resulting canvas print is then wrapped around a stretcher frame so that 1-3/4" of the photo's edges are visible on the sides of the frame. The emulsion is then stripped off and bonded with high pressure and heat onto museum quality canvas. Add a new dimension to your displays with our Standout Mounts! Prints are mounted on a thick black lightweight backing that gives a contemporary, finished look to unframed images.
