1. Build an Event...The
ImageQuix Event Builder allows you to define an event by entering a Title, Date,
and the Source Folder to the images for that event.
By entering these fields and pressing the save button, you will be able
to reference an event just select it from a list, and will not need to
re-enter this information over-and-over.

2. Build a Price Sheet...The Price Sheet Manager will allow
you the flexibility of creating customized Price Sheets for all your
customer packages.
- Click on "New Price Sheet"
- Enter
Price Sheet Name
- Click on "Update Price Sheet Name"
- Enter
Product Name, Price, and Descriptions
- Click on
the "Update Product"
- Continue
adding products.

Storyboard & Organize Images... Organizing your
images in an order that will storyboard your event is an important
part of marketing to your client. By creating the optimal viewing
sequence for your customers, you’ll bring back the emotion
of the event and sell more pictures!

4. Event
Upload... Events may be
uploaded directly from your PC to your ImageQuix online account or
your own ImageQuix-ready site.

- Select an event from the “Event” drop down list. If you have not yet created your event
with the Event Builder, select “Add New” from the drop down list.
- Select
a Price Sheet for your customers to order pictures from.
Select “None” to disable online ordering.
- Enter
Event Code. This code uniquely identifies each of your events
online. If using the same event code for multiple events, your
customers will be prompted to select from the list of events using that
event code.
- Enter
Event Password. This password is optional, but if specified
will be required prior to opening an event.
- Select
Watermarking Options to add a watermark across your images.
- Select
Viewing options:
a. 10 images / page - Displays 10 images per page online.
(2 columns x 5 rows; Image size ~ 340 pixels)
b. 18 images / page - Displays 18 images per page online.
(3 columns x 6 rows; Image size ~ 200 pixels)
c. Include Large Images - Select to include Large images
with the upload. This option allows the customer to view larger
images by clicking on the preview
images. Image size is 550 pixels in the greater dimension.
- Set
Event Expiration Date - This field may be entered to cause the
event to automatically expire.
- Upload
your Event by clicking the “Upload Event” button!

5. Online
Event Management and Order Tracking... The ImageQuix Online Control Panel
completes the full-cycle management of your digital workflow. This
online interface allows your studio to manage uploaded Events and
Albums, track and process online orders, and update customized account
information.

You may log in to your ImageQuix
Control Panel by selecting the IQ Online Control Panel in your ImageQuix software.
Your
ImageQuix Customer ID (which can be found in the Help – About
menu option of the ImageQuix Software).
