There are three primary steps to creating an order with Bay ROES: selecting a print size or template product, populating the product with your images, and adding it to your order.
The Sizes Palette features a large selection of print sizes and templates, organized into tabs by product category.
To show the Sizes Palette, hold down the ALT key (Windows) or OPTION key (Mac) and click on the SIZES button. You can also click on the SIZES button and select Show Sizes Palette from the bottom of the menu.
The Standard Catalog is shown by default. To switch to a different catalog, such as Press Printed Greeting Cards, click on the Catalogs button and select the catalog of your choice.
- Browse through the various products by clicking on the tabs in the Sizes Palette to determine which product you want to order.
- When you have found a print size or template you are interested in, click once on that product to display it in the Layout Area. Note: If the template contains graphics, it may take a few seconds to load.
Each print size or template contains at least one placeholder for an image, also known as an image node.
- Select one or more images from the Images Area.
- Drag and drop or double-click on the image(s) to add them to the selected product in the Layout Area.
 Several selection options are available in the Images Area. Typical selection rules apply, so the SHIFT key will select a range of images, and the CONTROL key (Windows) or COMMAND key (Mac) selects individual images.
If you select multiple images from the Images Area and drag and drop them into the Layout Area, the application will create an item in the order for each image that was dropped. This is a shortcut method that can be used if you need to create the same product for a number of different images. For example, if you add 10 images to a 4x6 print size, you will have the opportunity to add the images to your order as 10 individual 4x6 prints.
Once your print size or template is complete, simply click the ADD TO ORDER button to include it in your order. You can visit the REVIEW ORDER area to edit order items and complete your order when you are ready. Learn more >>
