Before you start working with Bay ROES, you will need to enter your Customer Information. This information will be submitted to Bay Photo Lab when you complete your order, and is necessary for processing and tracking your order.
To enter your Customer Information, click on the MY INFORMATION button in the Control Panel at the bottom of the ROES screen.

Fill out the fields provided as completely as possible.
If you do not have a Bay Photo Account Number, type in NEWUSER, or click here to fill out our New Customer Account Request form.
Once you are done entering your Customer Information, click OK. Your Customer Information will be saved in Bay ROES for use with future orders. |
