Managing Sent and Queued Orders with the Queue Manager

After you set up an order to send through the Order Completion Wizard, ROES orders are processed through the Queue Manager. Using the Queue Manager, orders can be sent right away, or saved to be sent at a later time. The Queue Manager also allows for automatic retries, which is very helpful when working with less reliable internet connections.

When you immediately send, the Order Completion Wizard will end with a simple notice that the order has been added to the immediate queue:

The order will be added to the Queue and you can continue working on another order right away while the Queue sends in the background:

With the Queue Manager, you can see transfer rate, total size of the order, and a progress bar. To send one or more orders, just press SEND on each, or press SEND ALL to send all orders. The orders will be sent one at a time.

To schedule an order to be sent later, use the Settings within the Queue:

Simply enter the time you want the orders sent. From Settings you can also determine how many times to retry to send if the connection fails, and how frequently. We recommend that you set the times to retry for 5 and the Minutes between retry attemps to 10.

To access the Queue Manager without going through the Order Completion Wizard, click on the OPEN & SAVE button in the Control Panel at the bottom of the ROES screen and select Show Queued Orders.
