Placing a Re-order Through Bay ROES
When you have placed an order through Bay ROES and you want to send an order containing the same images again, there is no need to resend the images since they are already at the lab. This saves you from the long upload times that are a result of sending transferring large image files over the internet.

To place a re-order through Bay ROES:

1. Create the order items the way that you want them, making sure to only use images that have been sent in a previous order.
   
   
2. In the Review Order Area, enter the ROES order number (ie. ROES123456) for the previous order in the Reorder field. If you are unsure of the ROES order number, please contact us.
   
   
3. Click COMPLETE ORDER and follow the prompts to send the order to Bay Photo Lab for processing just as you would send a regular order. Learn more >>
