Reviewing and Editing Your Order
The Order Review area allows you to change quantities or delete items from your order, edit print sizes and templates, select order options such as paper surface, retouching, and shipping, and ultimately send your order to Bay Photo Lab.

To access the Order Review area, click on the ORDER REVIEW button in the Control Panel Area at the bottom of the Bay ROES screen.

Each item ordered is displayed in a horizontal pane with the following left to right progression of information:

PHOTO
The image thumbnail as it appeared in the main application window.

SIZE & IMAGES
The product size and all images in that ordered product

APPLIED OPTIONS
The options applied to the product, as well as an OPTION button that can be used to change these options.

QUANTITY
A field for changing the quantity of an item.

PRICE
The base price of the item.

TOTAL
The total price of the item, with all options and quantities.

To change the order in which the items are displayed, click on an order item and drag it above or below other order items.

To edit or remove a print size or template, right-click (Windows), CONTROL-click (Mac), or double-click on the order item of your choice. When you are done editing the order item, click on the SAVE CHANGES button (in the same location as the ADD TO ORDER button).

The Order Options area contains a variety of options that can be applied to your order, such as paper surface, pick-up and delivery options, and proof book options. Not all options are immediately visible. Use the scroll bar at the bottom of the Order Options area to browse all options.

The Order Review Control Panel shows the total number of prints in your order, the total size of your order in MB, and the total cost. It also offers various buttons used to perform necessary order functions.

RENDER
This button is used to render the order items for use with Presenter. Learn more >>

CLEAR ORDER
Deletes all items in the current order.

BACK
Exits the Order Review area and returns you to the main Bay ROES screen.

INSTRUCTIONS
Brings up a text box for typing special instructions to send with your order to Bay Photo Lab.

SHOW ORDER
Creates an HTML page of the order and attempts to open a browser window showing this page.

COMPLETE ORDER
Prompts you for your payment information and sends your order to Bay Photo Lab. Learn more >>
