Saving and Re-opening an In-Progress Order
With Bay ROES, you can manually or automatically save in-progress orders so that you can work on another order, and/or edit an existing order at a later date.

To manually save and/or re-open an in-progress order click on the OPEN & SAVE button in the Control Panel at the bottom of the ROES screen.

Open an Incomplete Order will allow you to browse to and open an incomplete order file, typically ending in ".xml.enc" or ".zip.enc".

Save this Incomplete Order will save the current order so that you can edit and/or add to the order at a later date. When you save an order this way, the actual image files are left in place on your hard drive, and are not part of the order file. You must re-open the order in ROES and send it via the Order Completion Wizard in order to package the image files with the order. Also, if you move the images to another location on your hard drive after the order is saved, you will need to put them back in their exact location in order to re-open the order in ROES.

To use the built-in Auto Save feature, simply exit ROES by closing the main window, or by clicking on the EXIT button in the Control Panel at the bottom of the screen. If you have added items to your order, you will be asked whether you want to Auto Save the current order.

To automatically save the order for use the next time you launch ROES, click AUTO SAVE. If you click EXIT, your existing order will be deleted.

If you have saved an order with Auto Save, the next time you launch Bay ROES you will see the following message:

To load the saved order, select LOAD AUTO SAVE. If you select DELETE AUTO SAVE the incomplete order will be deleted permanently.
