When you are ready to complete your order, the Order Completion Wizard will guide you through a sequential set of steps to upload your order directly to Bay Photo Lab, or save it to media to be delivered physically. If you choose to upload your order to Bay Photo Lab, you must have an active internet connection.
- Click on the REVIEW ORDER button to enter the Order Review area. Double-check to make sure that you have selected your desired Order Options.
- Click on the COMPLETE ORDER button near the bottom of the screen.
- If you have not yet entered your Customer Information, you will be prompted to do so. Once you are done with this step, you will need to re-click the COMPLETE ORDER button to send your order.
- Select a delivery method from the options provided, then click NEXT.
Send now via the Internet will upload the order file directly to the lab's servers for processing.
Save for sending later via the Internet will queue the file to be uploaded later through the Queue Manager.
Save to disk for alternate delivery simply saves the order file to a location specified by the user, so it can be burned to CD or DVD for another delivery method. Orders which are saved to an alternate location aren't kept in the Order History area.
- Select a payment method from the options listed.
Credit Card on file
is for use by customers who have their credit card number on file with Bay Photo Lab. To put your credit card number on file with us, please contact us.
COD-for lab pickup only is only available on orders that will be picked up at one of Bay Photo Lab's store locations.
Charge Bay Photo account is for use by customers with a Bay Photo Account Number entered in the My Information area of ROES. To request a Bay Photo Account Number, please fill out our New Customer Account Request form.
- Once your payment information has been submitted, click next to send, queue, or save your order according to the option you selected in step 4. To learn more about the Queue Manager, click here.
- An email confirmation will be sent as soon as Bay Photo Lab receives your order.
