By using this site, purchasing, and/or downloading these products you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you break this agreement in any way, Bay Photo Lab reserves the right to revoke all licenses granted to you without notice. If a license is revoked, you agree to immediately stop using these products and destroy all printed and digital copies of the products in existence. Bay Photo will prosecute for unauthorized use to the fullest extent of the law.

All designs and elements included in these digital files are original works copyrighted by the designer and cannot be copied in any way. These templates are licensed for Limited Commercial or Personal use. Professional Photographers who purchase these products may combine them with images of their clients to create custom cards or promotional materials in the form of a printed, physical product.

You may not claim that these products are your own and you may not share, sell, license for use, or in any way distribute the products for reuse. Elements and designs from these products, such as (but not limited to) the graphics or drawings, should not be taken from these templates and used in any other form. You may not use these products as physical or digital products for sale on your website or in your retail store.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. All orders are currently processed through USA ePay. You can pay with a Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover credit card. All sales are final. Products are delivered as electronic downloads. You must be able to open ZIP files and edit Photoshop PSD files in order to use these products. Once you have purchased these products, the electronic file will remain available to you for automatic download for 7 business days. Because these products are delivered as electronic downloads, there are absolutely no refunds.

Due to licensing restrictions, fonts cannot be distributed with these products. To edit text in these products, the fonts used in the design must be installed on your computer, or you may need to purchase, locate, and/or substitute other fonts. We do make an effort to use fonts that are commonly available on most computers, though this is not guaranteed.

These templates are designed to be 100% compatible with Bay Photo Lab's (www.bayphoto.com) line of Press Printed Products. They may be compatible with other Bay Photo Lab products or products from other vendors, but no compatibility is guaranteed nor warranted.

If you are unsure about whether a use of these products violates these Terms and Conditions, you are required to contact us at store@bayphoto.com for clarification and written permission from Bay Photo Lab.
