Bay ROES Status Updates

We have recently upgraded our Bay ROES System

The first time you try to send an order you may see an error message prompting you to complete the drop shipping information even if you are not drop shipping your order. To work around this error, please do the following:

  1. Switch your shipping choice to one of the drop ship options.
  2. Fill in the drop ship address information with your own address.
  3. Then switch the shipping selection back to the preferred non-drop ship method.
  4. You should now be able to send your order as usual.
  5. After the order has sent please clear your java cache (click here for instructions).
