Re-Creating a Bay ROES Icon on Your Desktop - Windows

You can re-create your Bay ROES Desktop Shortcut from within Java Application Cache Viewer:

1. If there are any non-working shortcuts to launch ROES on your computer desktop, delete them before proceeding.
2. From the Start Menu click on "Control Panel."
3. Launch the "Java" control panel.
4. In the Java Control Panel's "General" tab, under the heading "Temporary Internet Files" click the "View..." button.
5. In the "Java Cache Viewer" window, make sure the drop-down menu next to "Show:" has "Applications" selected.
6. Select the ROES application that is missing the shortcut, then click the button or right-click and select "Install Shortcuts."
7. You should now have a new shortcut on your desktop.

Re-Creating a Bay ROES Icon on Your Desktop - Mac

1. Go to Applications> Utilities> Java Preferences
2. Select the "Network" tab
3. Click on "View Cache files"
4. Right click on the ROES that is missing the Shortcut
5. Select "Install Shortcuts"
6. You should now have a new shortcut on your desktop.
