Important Information for Windows Users with Java 7 Installed

If you have recently installed Java 7, you will need to follow the steps below before you will be able to send an order. You will only have to do this once to fix the issue.

 

  • STEP 1: Click the Start Menu button and in the search field, type "cmd" but do not hit the 'Enter' key.
  • STEP 2: Under programs a "cmd.exe" icon should appear.
  • STEP 3: Right-click on "cmd.exe", choose "Run as administrator"
  • STEP 4: Click 'Yes' in the security dialog.
  • STEP 5: Copy and paste the following into the command window:
    netsh advfirewall set global StatefulFtp disable
  • STEP 6: Press 'Enter' on the keyboard. In the command window, You should see: "Ok."
  1. Click the Start Menu button and in the search field, type "cmd" but do not hit the 'Enter' key.
  2. Under programs a "cmd.exe" icon should appear.
  3. Right-click on "cmd.exe", choose "Run as administrator"
  4. Click 'Yes' in the security dialog.
  5. Copy and paste the following into the command window: netsh advfirewall set global StatefulFtp disable
  6. Press 'Enter' on the keyboard. In the command window, You should see: "Ok." The issue will now be fixed and you will be able to submit orders through Bay ROES once more.
