Updating Your Account Information

If you have a change of billing, shipping, or other contact information, there are two steps to follow to update your Account Information:

Step 1: Update your Account Information in mybayphoto.com

This secure website gives you access to your invoices, statements, order tracking details, order history, and more. This is also where you can change the default billing address, shipping address, shipping method, and contact info associated with your account, as well as update your credit card on file.

To change your Account Information in mybayphoto.com, simply log in using your Login ID and Password, and click on Manage Account in the left-hand menu.

You will receive your mybayphoto.com password after filling out our New Customer Account Request. If you are already have a Bay Photo Account, visit https://my.bayphoto.com to request your password.

Step 2: Update your Customer Information in Bay ROES

The Customer Information in Bay ROES is what appears on your Order Confirmations, and may be used to contact you about your order. To update your Customer Information in Bay ROES, click on the "My Information" button. Learn more...
