How the Signature Pen Works

• First, upload a scan or photograph of your signature or logo in Bay ROES
• We will then set up your signature file in our system for a one-time $51.50 set up fee
• Once your signature is set-up, simply select the options for the signature when you order your print in Bay ROES
• Location options: Lower Left or Lower Right, on Front or Back of print
• Ink color options: Black, Gold, Silver, and Bronze
• Width options: 2, 2½, 3, 3½ or 4 inches
• Signature Pen service is $24.99 per print

**Sharp Square Corners, which are the default corner option, can be quite sharp and should be handled with care. We recommend ordering Rounded Corners on MetalPrints that will be displayed in areas where people may be close to or seated underneath the MetalPrints.

***Due to shipping requirements and the potential for damage, all MetalPrints over 40" must be crated.

Custom Size Metal Prints

Metal Prints can be custom made in any/every size between 4x4 and 48x96. Custom sizes are billed at the time of invoicing at $0.25 per square inch with a minimum price of $20 for the MetalPrint. Exhibit Mounts are billed at an additional $0.08 - $0.27 per square inch (depending on size and mounting option).

To order a Custom Size Metal Print:

• Launch any version of Bay ROES and select the MetalPrints catalog.
• In the Single MetalPrints tab, select Custom Size MetalPrints from the list of available products.
• Select your MetalPrint Options from the Options Palette, and follow the instructions provided to submit your image.
• Please allow for up to 1/8" trim on each edge for finishing.
• Price will appear on your final invoice and will not be reflected in ROES.

Please note: MetalPrints™ are printed on aluminum that has a coating applied with state of the art coating machines. The coating that is applied sometimes contains some small imperfections such as small craters or bumps. We inspect each sheet very carefully and if there are imperfections we place them in the most unobtrusive parts of the image. We cannot remake MetalPrints due to these imperfections unless they are located in a very prominent part of the image. MetalPrints are weatherproof and moisture proof, but they will fade like a normal photograph, so please avoid direct sunlight.
